Lily the Ladybird Reading at Home

Class One have a new member in their team - she is Lily the Reading Ladybird. Pupils will have an opportunity to take her home for a night, with a book, hot chocolate and marshmallows to share with adults at home.

It has been scientifically proven that if children and adults read a book together at night, it significantly increases the reading skills of children.
